Can whey protein cause digestive problems, thickening of the colon wall, that it gives you constipation problems?
Supplementing with whey protein is perfectly fine for the majority of people, and you will only experience problems if you overdo it.
I advise eating around 1 lb of protein per pound of body mass whilst you are gaining muscle, and then lessen the intake when you are happy with your weight.
