		<description>In my experience, MRPs aren&#039;t particularly great due to the fact that they often contain lots of sugar etc and can actually make you gain weight, unless your really doing intense cardio regularly. Taking a whey protein supplement will be more beneficial to your weight loss goals in the long run in my opinion because they&#039;re not as sugar heavy.</description>
