Thinking about what type of MRP to use? I battle with dropping pounds. I’ve tried an MRP for 1 or 2 dishes and a single meal a day. Considering it might at least jump start to motivate me concerning the weight reduction process.
In my experience, MRPs aren’t particularly great due to the fact that they often contain lots of sugar etc and can actually make you gain weight, unless your really doing intense cardio regularly. Taking a whey protein supplement will be more beneficial to your weight loss goals in the long run in my opinion because they’re not as sugar heavy.
